Food is Not the Only Thing You Should Control

To maintain the health of our bodies, we sort through the foods and beverages that enter the body through the mouth. We also avoid the harmful gases for inhalation through the nose. To maintain the health of the soul and mind, we must sort through the intake into our minds. Interestingly, the digestive tract seems to only some of the senses are involved. But for the ‘channel’ mind was all the senses are involved. Here’s what should be avoided and done for our mental health.
1. Avoid intake of crime and sadism
When you receive the intake form of mind reading or viewing about crime and sadism, unconsciously you have to give a sense of fear, sadness, resentment and even anger on your soul. Of course this adds to feelings of burden that should not have thought you really think. Please note that this intake is not only from the news, but also from newspapers, novels, coverage, movies and everyday events that you consume. (more…)
