5 Things that Make Hair Grays Fast

Gray hair is indeed one of the symptoms of aging. But today, even high school kids have a lot of gray. There are several things that cause the hair to gray fast.. There are factors that can not be prevented, but some are still able to overcome. You may know some of them:
Age
The age factor can not be denied; then do not show denial attitude when you experience it. Hair growth cycle occurs every 3-6 years, says Paradi Mirmirani, MD, a professor of dermatology in Vallejo, CA. When your hair grows in each cycle, the more likely there is something wrong with the pigment. Some people could have been through seven or eight cycles before they watched the gray hairs that appeared there. According Mirmirani, most patients had begun to gray at the age of 30s, but there are also gray at age 8 or 9 years old!
Genetic
The phenomenon of your body you get from some parents, including in terms of hair color. If one of your parents fast gray, then you also tend to experience the same thing. Genetic factors do play an important role regarding when you will lose pigment.
Smoking
Some observations on a small scale study found an association between smoking and the growth of gray hair, according to Mirmirani. The reason is the possibility that free radicals are produced when someone smokes. As we all know, tobacco smoke can also cause the growth of wrinkles and yellowed teeth.
Stress
Stress is experienced from day to day may not affect your hair color, but the anxiety or tension that can cause very strong. Medical condition
