How many books have you read so far? Obviously the information you get from various sources of useful readings and answer the various issues. But try to remember back, as far as the brain’s ability to remember all the information you’ve ever read? Tom Martin Charles Ifle, hypnotherapy expert, says the brain’s ability to remember can be trained. As described in his book titled Big Brain Big Money, there are several ways you can apply when reading the books you love.
Following ways, according to Tom, a method of self hypnotherapy:
1. After selecting the books, imagine the outline that will be explained by the book.
2. Prepare stationery, pens, and notepads. This equipment can help you record information in the memory longer.
3. Then write down one thing you want to get from reading this book. Do you want to read it can solve your problems today? If that is what you want, begin writing a desire to help you understand the message of the book you choose. For example, write, “I want to get an idea how to improve the quality of the mind”. Baby Birth: Few Positions

There are many pregnant women who gave birth to assume the position of lay (litotomi) or half-sitting. All positions have advantages and disadvantages. If you are preparing to give birth you can choose one of them, with first consulted the doctor who will help the labor. Here are two options of give birth position (other than lying down):
1. Half Sit
This position requires that the mother was sitting with his back leaning against a pillow, knees bent and legs open toward the side.
Advantages: This position makes the mother feel comfortable. The axis of the birth canal that needs to be taken to get out is shorter. Supply of oxygen from mother to fetus take place optimally.

1. Standing / Half squat.
