The smell and the colors always make people want to taste the freshness. However, this familiar plant we call tea also has benefits for the hair.</p>
<p>Tea, a beverage that is rich in essential nutrients for the body, including vitamins C, E, K, ß-carotene, Potassium, Calcium, Zinc, and many other nutrients. And these nutrients are also needed by every inch of the body, including hair.</p>
<p>Besides brewing and drinking, tea can provide other advantages, such as strengthening the hair, smoothing her hair, moisturize and make hair more lustrous. Easy to do anyway, please follow the following steps:</p>
